SENIOR C.A.D. DESIGNER
Senior C.A.D. designer for all Hanes women’s intimate apparel brands including Hanes, Bali, Barely There, Just My Size, Wonderbra, and Playtex. Responsible for prints on product totaling over $700 million in annual sales. Produce all print and color graphic work relating to these brands using Illustrator and Photoshop. Create trend boards and videos to reinforce designed product for each season.
· Expanded the use of in house C.A.D. development versus outsourcing saving over $50K annually.
· Streamlined the printing approval process, including travel to internal factory in China, which led to savings of over $50K annually by limiting factory strike off submits and shipping.
· Work closely with Bra team uniting design aesthetic which produced better alignment of color and print in stores.
· Created a shared environment used company wide documenting print and solid approvals, which eliminated approximately two rounds of strike off submits.

FREELANCE DESIGN CONSULTANT
Freelance designer of men’s knitwear programs including work on the Van Heusen, Bass, Izod, and Arrow brands. Designed silhouettes, hang tags and labels for garments in line.
· Developed and colored knitwear graphs and fairisles using U4ia software for over 100 sku’s and four categories.
· Core member of start up team that initialized Web PDM system to facilitate sending design packs to factories in the Far East saving over $50K annually.

Senior computer designer for all Kmart and Sears private label intimate apparel brands including Joe Boxer and Pink K. Responsible for annual volume of $500 million through nearly 1500 stores.
Developed all elements of graphic design for all products in these lines.
